Replacement of an isolation valve: second intervention at the water treatment plant in the Gatineau sector

Gatineau, October 26, 2020. – Gatineau is notifying residents that some parts of the Gatineau sector may experience a drop in water pressure on October 27. This would be due to an intervention to complete the replacement of an isolation valve at the water treatment plant in that sector.

At a glance

While the work is underway, some residents may notice a drop in pressure or murkiness in the water. However, it will still be safe to drink.
The work will begin at 8 a.m. on October 27 and end that same evening.
The first phase of the work took place on October 20 and 21.
